Freddy Muamba Kanyinku

Monsieur MUAMBA KANYINKU Freddy is a professional Senior Manager trained at the Haute Ecole de Commerce in Kinshasa in computer, business, and financial management.

With over 25 years of experience in senior management positions in private companies, state-owned enterprises, and the public administration, he has developed capacities in both private and public entrepreneurship, making him an exceptional manager.

In the mining sector specifically, before becoming Director General of the Centre for Expertise in Evaluation and Certification of Mineral Substances in 2021, he held various positions within this public institution, including Assistant to the Chief Financial Administrator, Head of Budget and Cash Flow Division, Director of Studies and Methods, Director of Studies, Planning and Promotion, Provincial Director of Tshopo Province, Provincial Director, and Provincial Coordinator of the Commission for Combating Mining Fraud in North Kivu Province.

It is noteworthy that he is the creator of the “Artisanal Gold Traceability Initiative (ITOA),” a national initiative for the supervision of artisanal gold exploitation. He has participated and worked in several international structures as an Expert from the Democratic Republic of Congo, notably at the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region (ICGLR) and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
