Thomas Rodriguez is a local content expert with over 18 years of experience servicing IOCs and mining corporations in Africa as a local content manager, director, and advisor. He is currently the CEO of CLC Solution, a strategic advisory firm that supports both private and public sectors in establishing local content frameworks and optimizing the socio-economic impact of expansive supply chain projects. Under his leadership, CLC Solution’s innovative Research & Development initiatives have led to several solutions that foster competitiveness awareness and create essential links for impactful capacity building.
In addition to his role at CLC Solution, Thomas co-founded ACLM (Association for Mozambican Local Content) and African Content, where he serves as Vice-President. These associations aim to promote the sharing and innovation of best practices in the field. He has been involved in numerous mega-projects across the African continent, totaling over 100 BUSD in 15+ countries.
