Grace Yocoli KONAN has been serving as Legal Counsel at the African Legal Support Facility (ALSF) since September 2023. In this role, she advises on extractive and infrastructure projects across the African continent.
Prior to joining the ALSF, Ms. KONAN practiced law for eight years at a leading law firm in Côte d’Ivoire, where she built strong expertise in both legal advisory and litigation. In 2019, she also worked with a prominent international law firm in Paris.
She holds a master’s degree in law, Economics, and Management with a focus on Business Law from the University of Toulouse 1 Capitole, a certificate in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Economics from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, a certificate in Financial Markets from the University of Geneva, and a diploma in Negotiation from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
Admitted to the Côte d’Ivoire Bar in 2015, she holds the Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession (CAPA) and previously served as the first Secretary of the Bar Conference.
